Pastor Jani Csőke serves as Lead Pastor at Altona Connect Church and has been pastoring in Canada for over 13 years. Originally from Hungary, he completed his seminary training in Budapest, earned his Master of Divinity, and is ordained in the Church of the Nazarene. Jani is passionate about authentic community, the Word of God, and helping people grow in practical ways. His preaching is Bible-centered and down-to-earth, and his leadership is intentional, relational, and shaped by a deep love for the church.

Jani is married to Amy, and together they’re raising two young children who are active in church life — including a son who plays drums on the worship team. When he’s not pastoring, Jani loves watching Formula 1 (Team Ferrari!), plays soccer whenever he gets the chance, and enjoys a good cup of tea.
